GSLAC Announces Tim Hawkes as New Chair

Salt Lake City | March 14, 2024 – The Great Salt Lake Advisory Council (GSLAC) announced the appointment of Timothy Hawkes as new Chair – replacing Don Leonard who has served as Chair for the past 7 years. As one of the founding board members of GSLAC, Leonard played a key role in the passage of HB 343 and has served on the board since its inception in 2010. The Great Salt Lake Advisory Council was created to advise on the sustainable use, protection, and development of the Great Salt Lake.
